Well, I’m back from the installation of the Veggies Unite! show at the Chicago Diner yesterday. Good times were had by all, especially with the friendly staff and the extremely tasty post-installation breakfast. Even us omnivores can do pretty well at a place like the Diner, with amazing Raw Smoothies (I recommend the Strawberry-Peach with orange juice), and delicious spinach dip with veggies & homemade pita chips. Yum.
In addition to being the Designated Picture-Levelling Girl, I managed to sneak in some photos of people:

I also took a few photos of the finished project, but they didn’t turn out so well, sadly. If you want to see how the exhibition turned out, I guess you’ll just have to head on over and check it out yourselves! It’s up from now until April 28.
