You cooked a butternut squash! Do you have an acorn squash in that box o' goodies, too? Those are awesome cut in half and baked with a little bit of butter/margarine and brown sugar in the place where the seeds and 'pumpkin guts' have been scooped out. Then pop 'em in the oven for about an hour on 400 degrees... They're one of my favorite fall foods... Yeah, Melissa! You cooked a butternut squash!
